Delete Your Bandham Account
You can initiate deletion of your Bandham account directly from the Bandham app. If you need help, you can also contact Bandham Support.
Delete your sign-in account
1.
Open Bandham and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2.
Tap Profile.
3.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
4.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete account to confirm.
If you use Bandham only as a guest, there is no Bandham sign-in account to delete.
What account deletion does
Deleting your account removes your connected Bandham sign-in account. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. Your locally stored contacts and interaction history remain available in guest mode on that device.
Removing local information
You can remove contacts and interactions through their available app controls. Account deletion does not currently provide an erase-all-local-data action. Device app-data controls or clearing this site’s browser storage can remove local records, but may make them permanently unrecoverable. Device backups and provider records are handled separately.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Where Google Play purchases are available, manage them through Google Play.
