TERMS OF USE

Terms built around thoughtful use.

These Terms of Use explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Bandham, the website, and related services.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

By accessing or using Bandham, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Bandham

Bandham provides tools that help you remember meaningful details, plan check-ins, log interactions, and build stronger relationship habits. The service is for personal relationship organization and does not replace professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice.

Eligibility and your account

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access credentials secure, and promptly notifying Bandham if you believe your account has been compromised.

Personal, limited license

Bandham grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and services in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you add to Bandham, including notes, dates, interaction records, groups, and imported contact details. Only add information you have a lawful right to use, and handle information about other people thoughtfully.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Bandham, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, upload harmful material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing activity.

Bandham Pro and subscriptions

Bandham Pro may include additional features and limits described in the app. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Features and pricing may change with appropriate notice.

Service availability and changes

Bandham may improve, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside Bandham’s control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Bandham at any time and may request account deletion from within the app. Bandham may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or when these Terms are materially violated.

Disclaimers

Bandham is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law. Bandham does not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered, that information will never be lost, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandham and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
